Ergotec Action
Ergotec Action is a highly accredited, specialist health and fitness studio for children and adults, not a gym.
No joining fee, no membership fee, no long-term, tie-in contracts, no jacuzzi, no sauna, just focussed, no-frills training, health and fitness services (health terms and conditions apply) and a great climbing wall for kids. Oh yes, we don't do crowds either - all classes are limited to six people and we run a bookings only service for both personal training, classes and all our 30 services.
Ergotec Action specialises in a variety of adult and kids' health (see services) and movement classes (see classes), physiotherapy, sports massage, rehab, nutritional analysis and balance programmes. Kids' classes and clinics are offered both indoor in our specialised kids' gym or outdoors when the weather permits.
Ergotec Action has an elite, all CRB checked, accredited and multiple degree-qualified team comprising: Physiotherapist, Exercise Scientists, Sports Massage Therapists, Boxercise and Kick Boxercise Instructors, Spin Instructor and Art Coordination Consultant. Combining fun with fitness, our team of specialists have a unique way of delivering results in a friendly, motivating and highly professional manner.
Services
Ergotec Action has a variety of kids and adult classes (see classes button) as well as clinical rehab services and general population services (listed below). Each client, child or adult, is respected for their unique situation and challenges. Our Exercise Scientists are specialists in second-phase rehabilitation and we have a unique physio division to deal exclusively with specialised needs. So, whether we help you sweat the small stuff like losing weight or help you through post-operative rehabilitation for ACL/PCL reconstruction, our team love to motivate, support and help you toward achieving your goals.
