Bramah is London's oldest lock manufacturer and Marylebone's only specialist Locksmith and Burglar Alarm Company. Our offices, workshops and retail outlet have been in Central London since 1784. We manufacture our locks in Romford, Essex. Offering enhanced resistance to tampering, our locks are distinct, proven and well documented in classical and modern literature. We employ 23 people and work in partnership with a number of high quality sub-contract businesses to produce traditional products using modern methods. With its unique mix of knowledge and capabilities, Bramah provides security solutions for a wide range of commercial, retail and domestic clients. Our security solutions not only work well today, but will work well for years to come which allows our locks to be passed down from generation to generation. Many of our products are installed in some of the greatest architectural and engineering properties of the 19th and 20th century in the United Kingdom. Bramah is London's oldest security company. Established at 124 Piccadilly, London in 1784, and today based in Marylebone, London and Romford, Essex, we manufacture Bramah and Rola locks for domestic and commercial applications in the U.K. and overseas. We are Marylebone's foremost Locksmith and Burglar Alarm installer. Using old and new methods, we open, service, cut keys and repair locks both in our workshop and with mobile engineers. Keys cut to a number is our speciality. An example of our work include making a warded key in order to work an old Church Door. Alternatively, we can visit your site, to gain entry with minimum damage, e.g. a local house, office, or even a mausoleum.

Bramah, in addition to the supply and fit of our own Bramah and Rola locks, fit a range of locking devices for doors and windows to suit. This would include key registered locks for entrance doors, door viewers, London and Birmingham bars, letter bolts restrictors and sash window stops. As well as burglar alarms, Closed circuit TV, access control and door entry systems. We also have electric locks available to work in conjunction with door entry systems on multi tenanted properties and access control systems for large or small applications. More recently we have begun fitting "shunted locks" to work with alarm systems. Since all circumstances are different, we can put together a free security survey, without obligation to purchase anything.
