With over 20 years industrial experience, working for multinational organisations in the electronics and light engineering industry, introducing quality systems such as ISO 9002 1994, QS9000 and ISO 9001 2000.
We also have a wealth of experience gained, working within the Quality field in various National & International manufacturing companies; offering a diverse range of products. Supporting customers such as the M.O.D, Ford, IBM, HP, Intel, Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser), to name but a few. The company was formed in 2003 by Roy McCallan, to support SME's.
We recognised that the only common factor, resulting in their business success was the holistic 'Quality' approach they all embraced. Having come through over a decade of 'boom and bust', in the UK, we identified that the constant drive for cost reduction follows the same cycle. We realised that a real alternative yielding quick benefits, is investing in quality rather than spending a fortune trying to recover a bad situation.
