HS Business Recovery provide advice and assistance to individuals or companies experiencing financial difficulties. We operate from Bristol, Cardiff, and Exeter - primarily covering South West England & South Wales. We are also able to undertake assignments further afield, and in recent years have worked in North West England, Mid Wales & in the Home Counties.

Our Approach

We recognise that when either a company or an individual is experiencing financial difficulties, the last thing they require is a lecture on where they went wrong! We approach the situation in a sympathetic manner, and seek the best outcome for all concerned. We look to develop a close understanding with our clients, and to develop a solution specific to their needs. Initial Advice is free.

What can we do?

As Licensed Insolvency Practitioners we can, of course, use the full range of formal insolvency procedures; for companies these include Company Voluntary Arrangements(CVA), Administration, Liquidation and Receivership; for individuals we act as trustees in bankruptcy and can arrange Individual Voluntary Arrangements(IVA). Often we are able to resolve problems without the need to use any formal procedures. This may be by negotiating with creditors on behalf of the client, by arranging re-finance,or simply by talking the problems through with the client - often an apparently insoluble problem is not so tricky if discussed with a third party who has experienced many similar situations.
