In 1996 deWintons was created by Jacqueline Thomas, a young and vivacious entrepreneur in the exciting world of catering. Jacqueline trained at the internationally acclaimed Leith`s school of food and wine before gaining further experience working as sous chef for By Word of Mouth and for International Award Winner Anton Mosimann at his World Famous restaurant The Belfry. A recognized personality in the food industry, Jacqueline has enjoyed the experience of cooking on television, featuring on The Vanessa Show on many occasions.
