Anti signs vandal proof sign interpretation outdoor weather proof coated graffiti removal national aluminium vinyl lettering vehicles manufacturers toughened GRP glass reinforced plastic
Our vandal resistant signs are used in parks and recreation areas both indoors and outdoors all across the UK. We design and manufacture vandal proof signs for all kinds of applications and to suit all environments. We have on-line examples of our vandal proof signs for you to view. We can also take you through each step of the manufacturing process every toughened anti vandal Armourseal sign is put through before it can be installed in any of the parks, museums, exhibitions or recreational facilities where our vandal proof signs can already be found
We guarantee that Armourseal will be unharmed by the normal use of commercial solvents, as instructed by the manufacturers. We guarantee that an Armourseal encapsulated VPB Screenprint will be unharmed in damp environments, outdoors or indoors, throughout the print's colour life. We guarantee that an Armourseal encapsulated photograph or computer output, which has not been pierced, will be unharmed by exposure to damp environments, throughout the print's colour life. If the sign has been pierced, the damage could capture moisture between panel surface and print. If you notice this, we strongly recommend it be quickly returned for a new coating, to prevent any further deterioration of the print and maintain durability. We guarantee Armourseal signs will have a minimum 1mm thick clear protective layer of resin over the print. A thicker surface is available if requested.
When your signs are installed, they can be enjoyed and used by the public as intended. However, sometimes the attention they attract is unwelcome. To counteract this, Armourseal's tough GRP construction resists, weather, impact and graffiti. If vandalism does occur to the panel, which is unsightly, or could cause further degeneration, the following is a guide to the maintenance and repair of Armourseal. The print beneath the coating of protective GRP can not be scratched or damaged whilst the surface remains intact. This means that vandalised surfaces can be maintained or repaired without harm to the print. Scratches and marks are easily concealed by applying a stroke of varnish with an ordinary artists' paintbrush. If the evidence of physical attacks or impact is too serious for an onsite maintenance, send us your panel. We can then repair the damaged coating and apply a renewed surface layer, giving you a completely new sign face. If the print below is damaged, you may require another, before resurfacing.....for further information, about our full rangee of products, please visit our website, or call on 0161 351 7400.
