A range of quality accommodation awaits you at the Gosforth Hall Hotel. With its exposed beams, luxurious four poster bed and incredible en-suite the 'Suite' will provide the most romantic of settings for any occasion. Many guests return again and again to enjoy this unique experience. We currently have seven Double en-suites, one Single en-Suite and 'The Suite'. Each of the rooms are unique, with a variety of exposed beams and fireplaces in a number of them, all with a different layout. All rooms have en-suite facilities, televisions - these are gradually being upgraded to flat screen TVs, phone internet access, tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits.

Bar/Lounge and Restaurant....

The bar offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, supported by a good range of wines, spirits and locally brewed real ale from Yates and Hawkshead. The bar is popular with both locals and visitors, especially when the real fire provides added warmth, following your return from exploring the near by fells. The significant history will add interest to your visit and the present owners will be delighted to provide further factual and anecdotal information about the history of the building, over a quiet pint, of course. Our restaurant is gaining an enviable reputation. The excellent food selected from the expansive and imaginative menu is certain to delight those seeking superior cuisine at very reasonable prices. Our chefs add their own distinctive art to the preparation of your meal, and take great pride in the food that they produce. A good range of quality wines compliments any meal selected. The restaurant itself, which is the original Hall, provides an intimate, friendly and unhurried setting for your meal. Once booked, the table is yours for the evening.
