RUBBER EXTRUSION (capacity to extrude up to 150mm diameter) We are capable of extruding solid, hollow or sponge profiles in the following: rubber sponge, silicone rubber, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), neoprene, viton, nitrile rubber, sponge, foamed silicone profiles, polyurethane, etc. We can extrude in any shape from 1mm solid cord to gaskets to multi-chamber profiles to buffers to tubes to fenders, sheet materials or strip, basic or custom extrusion. Generally, if colour matching is required we would suggest silicone. We can offer an accurate cutting service, welded corners, overprinting, vulcanising and even rubber to metal - a full rubber design service.
