Sourcing Services.

ODS has long-term experience to manage your content. We are managing the pre-production processes of titles for all major studios. Our experienced content managers are the interface to your asset management, order management for DVD-content (even local titles and TV titles), censorship submissions, supplier liaison, budget management, PO creation for 3rd-party work and title critical path management. ODS provides the business network and the experience to realise your project in the best and most efficient way. ODS works with elaborated and professional project management methods, to create reliability. Our dedicated project managers are working with online project management tools and have access to central resource planning systems inside ODS' Authoring & Creative Network. This assures the overall timeline and quality of your production. ODS customers have full transparency and the possibility to do approvals such as DVD-menu sign-off from any place at any time. Related to our understanding of a true business partner relationship with our customers we could even interlink project management tools to benefit from an integrated supply chain management.
