Skirmish Paintballing Games

Only minutes away from the M3 motorway at Basingstoke in North Hampshire and only 30 minutes from the M25 means that Skirmish is accessible to the entire South East. Formerly a world war 2 RAF base, the entire woodland is scattered with air raid shelters, blast trenches and bomb craters - all forming an excellent basis for its unlimited game scenarios. Carefully planned features have been built to maximise enjoyment for the player including our famous 130 foot long Bridge, a fantastic Village complex with matching stockades and watch towers, and even a helicopter based game to ensure that your day out is as action packed and varied as possible.

A typical day at Skirmish commences at 09:15hrs where a warm welcome and a cup of tea or coffee awaits you at the HQ in Lasham woods. After a brief signing in period you will be issued with your camouflage overalls, protective hood, goggles, flak vests and battle packs containing your pre-paid paintballs. You and your platoon will then be escorted away from the hustle and bustle of HQ deep into the forest and to the safe area which acts as the nucleus for all of your morning games. On arrival at the safe area you will be given a comprehensive safety briefing and equipment demonstration by one of our fully trained marshalls, who will also explain how the morning will run and also answer any questions that you may have regarding the days activity. Once this is done your marshalls will make up the teams, arm you, and take you out to your first adrenaline soaked encounter of the day!!! All of the marshalls at Skirmish are trained to the highest standards, and are there to help guide you seemlessly through your day, ensuring safe and fair play at all times. Never has there been so much emphasis on safety.

At approximately 13:00hrs you will return to HQ for a much needed hot lunch and refreshments, where you can take a well earned rest and inform your team mates of heroic deeds, and make battle plans for the afternoon. Time then to enjoy our famous spit roast pig with salad rolls and of course the crispiest crackling, or perhaps a juicy burger and jumbo hot dog. A Vegetarian option is also available. After lunch your marshalls will escort you to a new safe area in a different part of the woods where your afternoons battles will take place in some very different game areas. At approximately 16:15 - 16:45hrs when the afternoons battles have been won or lost it is time to return to HQ one final time for debriefing and goodbyes. So where will you find yourself? Storming bunkers and raining paint on to your unsuspecting foe? Silently sniping in dense undergrowth and out flanking the opposition? Or maybe even capturing the enemy flag and rushing to a glorious victory. Whatever you do, you're sure to have fun!
