We will help to motivate you and give you diet sheets, vitamins, diet diaries, diet guides and, in most cases if the doctor feels you are suitable, medication recognised as helpful in suppressing your appetite so you will not feel hungry while you lose weight. In short we provide everything you need to help you improve your self image. We do not use fad diets in our clinics, all our diets are based on healthy eating and, if you have a family, are as useful for them as they are for you

Established in 1982 we now have more than 30 clinics stretching from Plymouth to Glasgow with up to 100 doctors providing slimming advice and treatment to tens of thousands of successful slimmers every year. To make an appointment simply find your nearest clinic from our clinics list, then phone to speak to one of our sympathetic receptionists who will be happy to answer all your questions and will help you to pick a time and day best suited to you to start your weight loss. After seeing the Doctor, if you don't want to proceed or are one of the very rare people we can't help, then you pay absolutely nothing for the consultation. Our weight loss programmes are designed to help you lose weight safely and show you how to keep that weight off forever - this is not a difficult achievement if you stick to our sensible eating programme and maintain a reasonable lifestyle and, even when dieting, you should never feel hungry.
