This is probably one of the most difficult decisions you will make when protecting your systems or equipment. There is a minefield of information out there, so where do you look for the system that you really need. Look no further TSE Power can give you unbiased advise on any UPS system from a small standalone unit to large multiple parallel redundant systems. We aim to supply you with the most cost effective system suited to your requirements. Larger UPS systems require a permanent electrical connection, they are not just plug in and go, and for these types of units we would recommend a site survey to ensure that we have the correct system for your needs. This survey is free of charge and can be arranged at a convenient time. The survey will look at all aspects of the installation from: Real back up power requirements needed Electrical supply Siting of the UPS Power distribution Delivery off load and positioning Installation Commisioning

UPS Maintenance

UPS Maintenance Having a standby power system is in no way a guarantee of continuous power protection. Batteries and components do fail, and, without regular maintenance, could go unchecked and compromise your system. A planned program of maintenance should always be considered as an essential part of your standby power system. All TSE maintenance packages include free 24/7 telephone support. We have three levels of maintenance contract. BASIC This allows for a one off PPM visit per contract year and a guaranteed response to site time. All parts, labour and travelling will be chargeable. CORRECTIVE This is the same as BASIC but all call out labour is included. EXTENSIVE This is the same as BASIC but all parts and labour are included. With our response contracts we will guarentee an engineer on site within a specific time. This ranges from 2 hours to next working day depending on the level of cover required. Our service maintenance agreements include all the following checks........ Environment Electrical Installation Electro Mechanical UPS Operation and Function Battery Assessments Recommendations. .
